Outbound Call Center Representative

Our client is currently hiring 10 Outbound Service professionals to join their team in their newly updated space in Lincolnshire. This role has a flexible schedule that could work 40 hour weeks any time from 9:00am to 9:00pm and would be 13.50/hr with great bonuses and commissions.

Responsibilities:
-Call Customers, follow up to assure satisfaction, and respond to queries
-Preliminary Customer Service contact - transfer all service complaints to the appropriate department
-Up-sell Membership Programs by offering programs according to a script
-Achieve required sales goals of the Membership Programs, while adhering to compliance and quality guidelines
-Inform customers of current promotions or discounted products
-Read the script according to disclosures set forth by Federal regulations
